Use of English 6-3: Change
As requested, here is my paragraph on the process of paper production:
Writing 7-1 Process
Paper is made from wood, and many of the world’s paper mills are found in those countries which have great forests - Canada, Sweden and Finland. First, trees are cut down and their branches are removed. Next the trees are transported to a sawmill, where the bark is removed and the trees are sawn into logs, which are then conveyed to paper mills. There the logs are placed into a chipper. The wood chips are mixed with acid and water and then crushed and heated to form a heavy pulp. This pulp is cleaned, is whitened with bleach and is passed through rollers to create sheets. Finally, water is removed from the sheets and the finished paper is ready to be shipped to schools, where Shaun’s students can use it to transfer out of his class and into a class where they have much more fun.
