Sample Intro:
There are many interesting similarities between Roald Dahl’s “Lamb to the Slaughter” and O. Henry’s “Gift of the Magi. Both stories explore themes of marriage and some form of adversity. Both tales are known for their ironic endings. However, the most interesting comparison lies between the two protagonists of these classic stories: Mary Maloney and Della Young. These women seem to totally different, but their A and B have undeniable similarities.
