Paper is made from wood, and many of the world’s paper mills are found in those countries which have great forests - Canada, Sweden and Finland. First, trees are cut down and their branches are removed. Next the trees are transported to a sawmill, where the bark is removed and the trees are sawn into logs, which are then conveyed to paper mills. There the logs are placed into a chipper. The wood chips are mixed with acid and water and then crushed and heated to form a heavy pulp. This pulp is cleaned, is whitened with bleach and is passed through rollers to create sheets. Finally, water is removed from the sheets and the finished paper is ready to be shipped to schools, where Shaun’s students can use it to transfer out of his class and into a one where they have much more fun (unfortunately, since it is Christmas time, there is no other choice so the students can throw the paper directly in the garbage).

LORELAI
So guess I got oldI was like trash on the sidewalkI guess I knew whyOften it's hard to just sweet talk
I was old news to you thenOld news, old news to you then
You, you were like glueHolding each of us togetherI slept through JulyWhile you made lines in the heather
I was old news to you thenOld news, old news to you thenFell for the ruse with you thenOld news, old news to you then
And I still see you when I try to sleepI see the garden, the tower, the streetCall out to nobody, call out to meChip on the shoulder, the dime in the teeth
Now I can see howWe were like dust on the windowNot much, not a lotEverything's stolen or borrowed
I was old news to you thenOld news, old news to you then

Sample Intro:
There are many interesting similarities between Roald Dahl’s “Lamb to the Slaughter” and O. Henry’s “Gift of the Magi. Both stories explore themes of marriage and some form of adversity. Both tales are known for their ironic endings. However, the most interesting comparison lies between the two protagonists of these classic stories: Mary Maloney and Della Young. These women seem to totally different, but their A and B have undeniable similarities.

In the article, “Cramming”, the author focuses on the potential negative effects of all-night studying sessions. He claims that cramming can be counterproductive, as it may weaken the student’s ability to concentrate during the test. However, it is difficult to predict the full impact of an all-nighter because the effects differ greatly from person to person. He also refutes the myth that stimulants help the person to keep a clear head; in fact, they do not. They only temporarily hide the fact that the person cannot think clearly or focus. Furthermore, abuse of these substances like caffeine and speed can trigger many negative physical or psychological reactions. Fortunately, the effects of an all-nighter do not generally last long and recovery is quick, provided that the student does not regularly abuse stimulants. Recognising that all-nighters are not always avoidable, the writer concludes by recommending students use moderation and be careful not to overdo it.
